Woke up with the sun again this morning. Those who know me, know that I usually just start to get to bed toward sun-up and wake-up at the "crack of noon!" My body clock has been out of sync with it's usual schedule due to the time change and compounded by difficulty sleeping given the excitement of being here. But, today is seems to have finally shifted and I woke up (with the sun!) full of energy. The days just seem to keep getting more and more beautiful. Mild with bright sunshine. Perfect weather for running around "gay paree!!!"
Yesterday, on the recommendation of my friend Leah, I ventured to ANOTHER well know cemetery that acts as a final resting ground for many well knowns. Cemetery Montparnasse, is located in...well...Montparnasse! It's the area where many of the artists (including Picasso) moved to when rising rents (a dollar-fifty a month) forced them out of Montmartre.
So, upon Leah's recommendation, I spent another brilliant day exploring another amazing cemetery!
